Random things I have learned in life.

This is a small list of the random things I have learned in life, I hope you can learn from my mistakes.

1. Root Beer is terrible after you eat spicy food, it only makes it worse.

2. Everything in life is going to be just fine, I promise it is not the end of the world.

3. Talking to yourself is okay, better yet it's healthy.

4. You always succeed in trying, even if you don't get done what you needed to at least you tried to try.

5. If you want good advice or honest advice, ask a child. They will be honest.

6. Not everyone is going to like you, so be who you want to be and that will show you who your friends are.

7. Trust your instincts.

8. Putting tinfoil in the microwave is never a good idea, even if it's only a little.

9. Spend less time worrying about the shape of your body.

10. Don't buy pants that are too tight because when you eat, you can not breath.

I think trust is one of the most impotant things in the world, without trusting someone you can't be happy with them. & if you're not happy with someone, than whats the point? Never break trust because you will never get it back.

Requiem- I love this song.

I am very obsessed with choir & this is an amazing song. I thought I would share this music with you all. It's about a tsunami in Asia, it's a song of grief and very moving.

I want to be a baker!

Since I was little I have always loved to bake. We make our Christmas cookies every year as a family and my mom makes the yummy pretzel salad every year for family get togethers. I was lucky enough to inherit that gene. I didn't realize till recently that I want to not only bake, but own my own bakery someday. My little sister, Rachel, helped me find that passion and really inspired me. Cupcakes are our specialty, so that is what will be in our bakery. These are some of our first time experiments...

This was my first cupcake recipe that I tried, red velvet cupcakes and cream cheese frosting. They were my favorite, (:

This one above is the vanilla cupcake and pretzel crust & chocolate frosting. We learned from our mistake. The stupid pretzel crust kind of came apart when you ate it, so next time we need to add butter.

The oreo cupcake and the oreo frosting, the frosting may look like bird poop but trust me it was very good.

I like this one, it is one of my favorites. Lately, with going to college and worrying about that stupid freshman 15 that everyone talks about I found this quote to be rather inspiring. No one can make you feel bad about yourself, it's not your job to please them. Screw what they say, you're awesome.

My Blogging Style

I wouldn't say that this is a normal blog, it's a free spirited blog. What I mean by that is it will be whatever I feel should be posted will be, in a totally random manner. There will be lots of quotes; I live by those suckers. There will be pictures and sometimes it will be me ranting about whatever I feel like. I'm Jenna by the way, going off to college in about a week and a half. Can't wait to get my life going somewhere. Anyways, enjoy the blog & happy reading.
