I want to be a baker!

Since I was little I have always loved to bake. We make our Christmas cookies every year as a family and my mom makes the yummy pretzel salad every year for family get togethers. I was lucky enough to inherit that gene. I didn't realize till recently that I want to not only bake, but own my own bakery someday. My little sister, Rachel, helped me find that passion and really inspired me. Cupcakes are our specialty, so that is what will be in our bakery. These are some of our first time experiments...

This was my first cupcake recipe that I tried, red velvet cupcakes and cream cheese frosting. They were my favorite, (:

This one above is the vanilla cupcake and pretzel crust & chocolate frosting. We learned from our mistake. The stupid pretzel crust kind of came apart when you ate it, so next time we need to add butter.

The oreo cupcake and the oreo frosting, the frosting may look like bird poop but trust me it was very good.
